Base master planning and expansion to include 1,600 new dwelling units, base ‘downtown’ redevelopment of 900,000sf and new flight line. Housing typology development included block, floor plan and elevations. APA 2009 Federal Planning Division Outstanding Sustainable Planning or Design Project.
